What makes us different

The goal is a decision, not a table
You can put together a comparison table without us. We end the analysis with a conclusion: which positions are open, which customer pains no competitor mentions, and what you should test first.

Every figure from several sources
The official websites of big players often block data collection, and promo-code aggregators publish auto-generated offers that always look current. We check each figure against independent sources, mark how reliable it is, and verify what matters by hand on the website or in the app.

Through the customer’s eyes
We search for you and your competitors the way a customer does: with their searches, in their city, in the channels where they choose. That shows who actually takes your demand, not who counts as a competitor by name.

Competitors’ ads next to yours
Ads for the same searches, creatives on social media, video. We show what others promise and how your offer stands out — or gets lost — against that background.

A repeatable method
We write down whom and what we checked, and how — so that in two or three months, or before a big launch, the analysis can be repeated and the changes seen. Each cycle is a new report, not the old one overwritten.

Findings put to work
Ideas from the analysis become hypotheses for advertising, the website and offers — tested on your own data. The analysis does not end up as a document in a folder.
What we do
The analysis runs from a market map to specific ideas: who competes for your customer, what the customer sees when choosing, and where there is still room.
We map the market
- Direct and indirect competitors, national and local players.
- A profile of each direct competitor: offer, prices, channels, strengths and weaknesses.
- Market context that changes the rules: seasonality, regulation, new players.
We compare the offer
- Positioning, value propositions and offers — yours and your competitors’.
- Promotions, first-order discounts, loyalty, subscriptions, referral schemes.
- The first screen of each website and how each one backs up its promises.
We look at the channels
- Search results: who holds the organic results and the ads for your searches.
- Competitors’ ads and creatives in advertising and on social media.
- Presence on maps, classifieds and aggregators; content and social media.
We look for open ground
- Positions and segments nobody has taken.
- Customer pains that no competitor talks about.
- A priority map: what of all this fits you and where to start.
We hand over the result
- A report with conclusions and a source for every figure.
- Two or three priority ideas and offers to test.
- A meeting on the report, and the method by which the analysis can be repeated.
What is not included
- Mystery shopping, calls to competitors posing as a customer, or any attempt to obtain closed data.
- Putting the findings into practice — advertising, website changes, new offers — and a promotion strategy are separate pieces of work.
- Exact sales and budget figures for competitors: we work with open data and estimates, and estimates are marked as estimates.
