What makes us different

Problem, evidence, cost
Every finding is given in three parts: what is wrong, what proves it and what it costs. The evidence is a fact or a figure that cannot be argued with. The cost is in money, leads or hours of work.

Three to five problems, not everything
Only the problems worth starting with make it into the report. Each is marked critical, important or able to wait. Nobody reads a list of forty items; people act on five.

No evidence, no problem
An unproven claim costs more than a missed problem: you check the first doubtful point and stop trusting everything after it. So anything unverified stays out of the report.

We say where each figure comes from
Some sales data exists only in the team’s memory. Such a figure is labelled as your own estimate rather than passed off as a measurement. A question nobody can answer is a finding in its own right.

Sales as part of the funnel
Product, traffic, landing page, sales and analytics work as one system. Sometimes a sales problem actually sits in the quality of leads from advertising — and we show that instead of blaming the sales team.

We finish with a next step
Every finding comes down to an action: what to do, in what order and what it will give you. A report that leaves you unsure where to start is, in our view, unfinished.
What we do
The audit runs from gathering facts to a report. Conclusions come only once the data is in, and each of them can be checked against your own figures.
We gather the facts
- We ask about the funnel: average deal size, sales cycle, lead volume, conversion to sale, cost per customer.
- We note where there is no answer: not knowing your own conversion rate is a finding too.
- We record your goal in your own words, so the result can later be measured against it.
We walk the path of an enquiry
- Where a contact lands from the website, from advertising, from messengers and calls.
- Whether it is recorded in the CRM and whether it reaches a salesperson.
- How long an enquiry waits for a first reply, and how many never get one.
We examine how the team works
- We listen to calls and read the chat history on enquiries.
- We look at qualification, objection handling, how refusals are handled and follow-up contact.
- We check how the CRM is kept: stages, tasks, reasons for loss.
We cost the problems and write the report
- Every finding is converted into money, leads or hours using your own data — without exaggeration.
- The main conclusion in one or two sentences: the root problem and what it costs.
- Three to five problems with priorities, what happens if they are left alone, and the next step.
- Where access was missing, we say so: the conclusion rests on the data that was available.
What is not included
- An advertising audit, an SEO audit and a technical website audit are separate pieces of work.
- Putting the changes in place is a separate stage you can order after the report.
- Personnel judgements about individual salespeople: we hand over facts, decisions about people stay with management.
