Website improvements: fixing what stops your site bringing in enquiries

We'll audit your website and write a brief for the fixes — and where it makes sense, carry out all or some of them

  • We examine the site against the visitor's four questions: am I in the right place, what do I gain, can I trust you, what next.
  • We look at structure, copy, design, forms and how visitors behave.
  • We compare the first screen with the sites of two or three competitors.
  • The brief is written so that it can be worked on without us.
  • We check that an enquiry from the site actually reaches the CRM.

What makes us different

The visitor’s four questions

Every page is checked along a chain: is the visitor in the right place, what do they gain, can you be trusted and what should they do next. A page that fails to answer one of these loses the visitor right there.

Answers at the top of the page

All four answers belong on the first screen or in the first two or three blocks. An answer hidden at the end of a long page never reaches the visitor — most people read only the beginning.

Structure before copy

First we agree which blocks are needed and in what order, and only then write the copy. Rewriting finished copy because a block turned out to be unnecessary costs more than settling it at the outline stage.

Specifics instead of general words

Instead of quality services and a team of professionals — figures, deadlines and the scope of work. Where you have no confirmed figure or testimonial, a visible placeholder stays along with a list of what needs checking.

A brief ready to hand over

You receive one document: structure and copy together, image descriptions, layout notes and the wording of modal windows. It can go straight to your developer without retelling a chat history.

We check enquiry handling

A site can look good and still lose enquiries: a form does not submit, an enquiry never reaches the CRM, an embedded service will not open in the customer’s country. These are checked separately, end to end.

What we do

The work runs from examining what exists to a brief, and at your choice, to carrying out the fixes. At every step you can see what we found and why we suggest exactly this.

We examine the current site
  • The first screen: heading, subheading, whether it is clear what you offer.
  • The offer: whether it has specifics, prices, terms.
  • The trust section: case studies, testimonials, certificates, facts about the company.
  • Forms and buttons: whether they are visible and what happens after a click.
  • We compare the first screen with the sites of two or three competitors.
We put together the brief
  • We decide which blocks are needed and in what order.
  • We check the new structure against the visitor’s four questions.
  • We look separately at whether a section for corporate clients and separate landing pages per direction are needed.
We write the copy
  • Headings with a benefit or a result, not a section name.
  • Figures and facts wherever your materials provide them.
  • A separate form for every button, with its own heading and fields.
We implement and check
  • At your choice, we carry out all of the fixes or some of them.
  • We run an end-to-end test of the form through to the CRM.
  • We check that embedded services and video open where your customers are.
What is not included
  • A technical speed audit and PageSpeed work — that is a separate service, Website speed optimisation.
  • An SEO audit and work on search rankings.
  • Building a new site from scratch: if improvements will not help, we say so plainly.
  • Licences, paid plugins and third-party services are paid separately.

I am completely sure the project is under control

Before contacting KVIN.AGENCY, I already had experience with an online marketing contractor, but the results did not meet my expectations. My task was clear: increase the number of requests and lower their cost. Feedback on every request was provided promptly, and I was sure the budget was under control.
