What makes us different

A landing page method, not a slide template
People read a presentation the way they read a landing page: quickly, asking why it matters to them. So we build it on the reader’s four questions: am I in the right place, what do I gain, can I trust you, and what is my next step. The answers go in the first slides, not at the end.

Structure before copy and design
First we agree which slides are needed and in what order, then we write the copy, and only then design. Reworking a finished design because of an unnecessary slide costs more than settling it at the outline stage.

Specifics instead of general words
Not a team of professionals, but how many years, how many projects and which ones. Not high quality, but how that quality is checked. An evaluative word with no fact beside it comes out of the text.

We do not make up figures
If a figure is missing from your materials, we put a visible placeholder and a list of what needs checking. A plausible number nobody verified is more dangerous than a blank: your client will be the first to check it.

Built for the reader and the situation
An investor needs the economics and the risks, a foreign buyer needs production, volumes and terms of supply, a tender committee needs compliance with its requirements. One presentation for every case rarely works in any.

One style with your website and proposals
Design follows your brand book or visual identity. If there is none, we create a logo and basic design rules, so that the presentation, the proposal and the website look like one company.
What we do
The work runs from the task and the reader to structure, copy and design. Each stage is agreed before we move on to the next.
We work out the task
- Who will read the presentation and what decision they need to make.
- What already exists: the website, earlier presentations, case studies, figures, a brand book.
- How it will be used: shown at a meeting, sent by email or printed.
We build the structure
- The order of slides or proposal sections.
- A check against the reader’s four questions: where each one is answered.
- A list of missing facts, figures and images — and whom to ask for them.
We write the copy
- Slide headings that state a conclusion or a benefit, not a section name.
- Short points instead of paragraphs.
- Figures and facts wherever the materials provide them, and placeholders where they do not.
We design
- Design that follows your brand book or visual identity.
- Diagrams and tables instead of solid text.
- Files in the agreed format — for showing and for sending.
Packaging for a new market
- A logo and basic design rules, if you have none.
- A check of the name for foreign markets: how it reads, how it sounds and whether it carries unwanted meanings.
- An English version of the presentation.
What is not included
- Photo and video shoots, printing and production of handouts.
- Facts, prices and terms: you provide them, we help present them and do not invent them for you.
- A website or landing page based on the presentation — that is a separate service.
