What makes us different

We look at revenue, not at a channel
We do not simply carry out marketing tasks; we examine the funnel from first click to sale and look for what actually drives revenue. A task for a contractor comes out of that analysis, not out of the contractor’s own plan.

One constraint at a time
Product, traffic, landing page and sales, tied together by analytics, work as a single system. A bottleneck in one part holds back everything else. We remove them one by one — and each next one only becomes visible through the data.

Contractors checked against data
Advertising, CRM and revenue meet in one system, so it is clear whether a contractor brought sales or only enquiries that are convenient to report. The comparison is fair: only comparable campaigns, by a rule agreed in advance.

A brief that reaches delivery
Each brief is agreed with you, and we settle in advance who makes the changes — otherwise it stalls. If one part blocks the rest, we split it. An expensive change goes to a contractor only after the idea has been tested cheaply.

A position, not a table of options
Every week you get not a data dump but an answer: was the goal met and what to do next. There is one simple report — it gets read, not forwarded on with a question about what it means.

Decisions are written down
The funnel diagram, attribution rules, the split of channels between contractors are recorded as decisions together with the reason. A new contractor or employee opens them and sees why things are set up this way.
What we do
The work runs from entering the project to a regular cycle: plan, contractors’ work, review, next step. Periods are four weeks long; the rhythm is weekly.
We enter the project
- We take on the goal, stages, budgets and what is already connected: CRM, telephony, analytics.
- We map your contractors: who does what, where the work stands, where each one’s responsibility ends.
- We break your goal down across the stages of the funnel — from enquiry to repeat sale.
- We separate funnels that must not be mixed, so their goals and reports are counted apart.
We set up the data
- We set up end-to-end analytics and the link to your CRM — the groundwork without which there is nothing to supervise.
- The funnel diagram and attribution rules are written down as a decision.
- We build a contractor report with a rule for whose advertising counts as whose.
We plan and review
- We agree a quarterly plan with you: stages by week and the expected result.
- Every week — a call and a summary: plan versus actual, topics to discuss, tasks for your side and ours.
- We keep a list of work by direction and, separately, what has been deliberately postponed and why.
We work with contractors
- We write the brief, agree it with you, settle who makes the changes, hand it over and follow it through to delivery.
- We set requirements for contractors’ reports: a goal in figures with a deadline, actual against plan, hypotheses when the plan is missed.
- We separate contractors by area and channel so they do not compete with each other.
- We accept work with an end-to-end test: enquire as a customer, then find the enquiry in the CRM.
What is not included
- Contracts with contractors: you sign them; we supervise the work rather than commission it.
- The advertising budget and payment for contractors’ work.
- A guaranteed result: we are responsible for the management cycle, and the result also depends on the recommendations being followed.
- Payment by results or a percentage: we work for a fixed fee per period.
